Weekly One-To-One Personal Training Session

This is your dedicated hour each week when I coach you one-to-one. I'll make the big decisions for you in regards to what exercises you do and how to perform them to achieve your goals.

Bespoke Training Programme

Whether you train in a gym with lots of equipment or at home with none, your bespoke training programme will be designed around your schedule, your preferences, and your goals.

Weekly Check-Ins

We’ll assess your progress every single week and adjust things to not only ensure we’re getting the best results possible for you and your lifestyle, but also to avoid those plateaus that most people struggle to get through on their own.

Bespoke Nutritional Support

You'll be provided with the nutritional tools, education, and advice based on your goals to ensure nutrition becomes easier than ever.

Direct Communication

I’m a DM away; whether it’s an unexpected meal out, you’ve missed a workout, or you just need a pick-me-up, I’m there, and I’ll help you adjust and make sure you’re making progress whatever life throws at you.

Access to 70+ Yoga, Pilates, Mobility, and Meditation Videos

Complement your bespoke training programme with these supplementary sessions to help improve mobility, flexibility, and recovery, as well as reduce stress and aid relaxation. These are available 24/7, so you can do a session whenever you want.
