I’m transformed into prioritising my fitness. I am a member of a run club now and run in races. Last year, I achieved my first half-marathon with Adam’s help.

Sometimes I end up with joint stiffness, but Adam is good with advising on stretching and also preparation before a run, so I’ve incorporated this into my own routine. We add in days that allow for stretching too.
